In SILK SHARI we ship our saris round the globe through major courier services. We hold the Shari’s in stock then we ship the saris them on the next day, after receiving the payment from the customer. For the saris which we don't hold in stock, as well for orders involving stitching, for that we can take up to four weeks to deliver. Estimated shipping time for your specific orders is displayed on the “Track order” page of our website before you proceed to make a payment. Once we ship your order, courier services may take a day to a week to deliver your order depending up on your provided location and billing. Accurate status of your order delivery can be also tracked by “Track order” on the landing page of our website.
Shipping charges is to be bearded by the customer. Estimate for shipping charges for your chosen order can be obtained on the Add to Cart option mentioned below every product of our website before you proceed to check out.
Exact Shipping Address
Thereby, to make the shopping process on go uninterruptedly we request you to provide the complete address including full street address with pin code/ zip code and telephone/ mobile number for correct delivery. If an order/any products are returned to us because of incomplete address/ wrong address, then we are not responsible for that and will not go for any kind of refunds.
The shipping charges are needed to borne by the customers only.
Tracking & Shipment Details
After successful shopping process, we will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, immediately after your purchased items are handed over to the Courier Company. These emails/messages will contain the tracking number and Courier Company's website detail also. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier company websites.
Times to ship mentioned on our website against each item are only productive but in due of some unavoidable circumstances delays may occur. We may also choose to deliver your order in parts. No refund, returns, replacement, & exchange will be made for this sake of reason. Further if for any reason, there is an unusual delay occurs in filling an order then in that case we will notify you by e-mail, moreover refund can be requested in that cases.
